Second Semester

• September Class Begins
• October Midterm Examination, HILS Cup, Next year’s Admission begins
• November Admission Interview
• December Final Examination, Banquet, Commencement and Winter Break
• January 1st Semester Course Registration

Required Materials

• Application form (Available upon Request via email)
• Required Essays (Available on HILS Website)
• Two letters of Recommendation (one of which should be from a teacher or work supervisor)
• An official copy of University Transcript
• One copy of your University Diploma or Certificate of Pending Graduation
• Birth Certificate
• One copy of your passport(picture and information pages)
• One copy of your parents’ passport(father’s and mother’s picture and information pages) or your parents’ identification cards(listing citizenship information)
• Application fee of $ 100 or 65 Euro

Notes

• Application should be written in English.
• All of the required documents should be submitted as original copy.
• One of Recommendation letters should be from a teacher or work supervisor)
• Written Essay should be submitted both hard and soft copy.
• If you have only one original copy of diploma, you may submit the photocopied copy.
• If a required documents is not written in English, it should be translated into English and be notarized.
• All of the required documents must be mailed to HILS. E-mails or facsimiles will not be accepted.
