La Trobe University will offer a partial scholarship for high achieving international students for the Master of Financial Analysis and specialised programs offered in July and September 2011. Programs covered under this scholarship are listed below:

  • Master of Financial Analysis
  • Master of Financial Analysis (Financial Planning)
  • Master of Financial Analysis (Investment)
  • Master of Financial Analysis (Islamic Finance)
  • Master of Financial Analysis (Risk Management)
  • Master of Financial Analysis (Research Methods)

Value of the Scholarship

A$5,000 per semester for the duration of the course (1.5years) and up to a maximum of A$15,000 per student.

Eligibility
Only new commencing international students are eligible to apply. Applicants must have a score of at least 80% and above or equivalent in their undergraduate degree to apply.


Please note: current international students who are already enrolled in a La Trobe University program are not eligible to apply.

Conditions
Students must commence their course in July or Sept 2011. All applicants must hold an offer to study one of the courses listed above at the time of applying for this scholarship.

How to apply
Applicants must complete a scholarship application form (PDF 66kb) and submit it to intapplication@latrobe.edu.au with a copy of their offer letter.

Please note the subject heading of the application email needs to say ‘Application for MFA Scholarship’

Closing Date
There is no closing date, however students must commence one of the above listed degrees in July 2011 or Sept 2011.
