Following on the success of last year’s Scholarship Challenge, we are pleased to announce the Creative Media Full Scholarship Challenge for 2013! The Creative Media scholarship program was established to encourage young talents to further their education and prepare for a career in the creative media industry.

In 2012, the world’s leading creative media education group with over 50 campuses in more than 20 countries awarded six full scholarships (and twenty-three partial scholarships) to attend programs at SAE Institute Jakarta.

Competition will be fierce this year, so submit your creative work to our scholarship panel without delay. Stand a chance to win a full scholarship to the leading media school in Jakarta.

Scholarship Programs Offered

• Film Production : 3-Year Degree The BA/BSc Hons Digital Film Making*
• Interactive Animation : 3-Year Degree The BA Hons Interactive Animation*
• Audio Engineering : 3-Year Degree The BA/BSc Hons Audio Production*
• Music Business : 1-Year Diploma of Music and Entertainment Business
• Electronic Music Production : 1-Semester Certificate in Electronic Music Production
• Live Sound Engineering : 1-Semester in Live Sound Engineering

Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship Challenge

• You must be Indonesian citizen or permanent resident
• You must take part in Workshop / Interview Session ( Dates to be confirm )
• You must pass Scholarship and Interview Test
• For Degree Programs you must have received a completion of high school certificate (SMA) or D1 or its equivalent or higher prior to your chosen intake
• For Music Diploma Program you must be a minimum of 18 years old or have received a completion of high school certificate (SMA) or D1 or its equivalent or higher prior to your chosen intake
• For Certificate Programs you must be a minimum of 16 years old prior to your chosen intake

Application Process for the Full Scholarship Challenge

You must submit:

• Completed Application Form
• A cover letter or video (must be in English if applying for Degree Programs) explaining the reasons for applying for a scholarship, which course you are applying for, what you aim to get out of your time at SAE Institute, your proposed career path after study, any other information relevant to you and/or your chosen course of study and why you should be considered for the scholarship
• A Portfolio/Compilation containing samples of work you have produced that relate to the discipline you are applying for, together with a written submission (must be in English if applying for Degree Programs) outlining the equipment and techniques employed in the creative process and reasons for key technical and creative decisions undertaken in the production of the work(s) delivered in any format or media you think it’s best.
• A copy of Government Issued Photo ID
