The Van Deventer-Maas Stichting (VDMS) announces the availability of new scholarships for graduate study at Universitas Gadjah Mada. The scholarship supports disadvantaged talented, and motivated students on certain levels (D3, D4, S1, S2) and preferably for students originating from certain areas outside Java.

Duration of suport

• A student meeting the criteria will be supported during an uninterrupted period, unless he or she underperforms
• Support starts from 2nd year for all levels
• D3 is supported from 2nd – 3rd years, D4 from 2nd – 4th years, s1 from 2nd and 4th years, and S2 in 2nd year
• Support is given within this range and ends after the student’s graduation

1. Application Form
2. 2nd Year student, Age Max 27 years old
3. IPK Min 3.00
4. Parents’ income statement and an SKTM by Lurah
5. Copies of ID card (KTM) and Family member card (KK)
6. Copy of Saving Accounts
7. Latest Academic Transcript, mentioned the Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK)
8. Copy of Kartu Hasil Studi (KHS) signed by by Dean.
9. Recommendation letter signed by Dean
10. A motivation letter in English (A4 paper, font 12, Times New Roman, single space)
11. 3×4 colored photo and burned on CD (JPEG, max 300kb)
12. Surat Keterangan yang menyatakan sedang tidak menerima atau mendaftar beasiswa lain

S2

1. Application form
2. 2nd Year student, Age Max 30 years old
3. IPK min 3.25
4. Income statement (or parents’ income statement) and SKTM by Lurah
5. Declaration of the Head of the Magister Program about her/his financial position as S2 student
6. Copies of S1 certificate & transcript
7. Copies of ID card (KTM) and KK
8. Latest academic transcript, mentioned the IPK
9. A motivation letter in English (A4 paper, font 12, Times New Roman, single space)
10. 3×4 colored photo and burned on CD (JPEG, max 300kb)
11. Surat Keterangan yang menyatakan sedang tidak menerima atau mendaftar beasiswa lain

Online registration at http://vdmsdata.org/ers/ and Submit the completed forms and requirements (1 original and 1 copy) before March 20th, 2013 to the Office of International Affairs Blok F 13.
