  1. Hello, I would like to get some information about Willy Brandt School of Public Policy especially in the field of Conflict Studies and Management. I would like to apply for a scholarship in Ph. D studies for the 2012/2013 Academic Year. I am presently doing a Master programme in Philosophy of Education in the Catholic University of Central Africa, Catholic Institute in Yaounde-Cameroon. I would like to know if I am eligible for a scholarship in this field considering my area of specialisation at the Master level. I have been involved in Conflict resolution at the various levels: inter-family, inter-village and inter-tribal conflicts. I have worked in many commissions of Justice and peace throughout my formation and experience since 1993. Please I would like that you clarify me on this and if I should apply for the scholarship for the 2012/2013 Academic year. I am an Anglophone Cameroon, implying that all my studies up till this level were done in English. Now I am studying in French. Hope to hear from you soonest. I already have thesis proposal for my Ph.D if I get the chance. Thanks. Moses
